Welcome Back!

Hi! It has been quite a while since I’ve been on here. I had an accident back in February from alpine ski racing and ended up with a concussion and a sprained neck. After months of active recovery, I am now doing much better and can go back to most of the things I was able to do before the accident.

On another note, I finished up school a few weeks ago and I couldn’t even begin to tell you how excited I was for summer. My family and I took a road trip right when school got out and it was supposed to last for almost a month. However, after two weeks we decided it would be best to turn around due to the rise in coronavirus cases in the states we planned on going to in the upcoming couple of weeks.

On the way back home just a few days ago, I began to write a blog post about my personal experience with body image. All of a sudden an idea popped into my head. If you have been a subscriber for a while, you may have noticed that not only have I changed the theme of my page, but I’ve also deleted all of my old posts. I noticed that my niche appeared to be way too broad and I wanted to narrow it down to the things that I truly love to write about.

I have an Instagram account where I mainly post food-related content as well as some lifestyle tips, and I have a youtube channel where I document full days of eating and vegan food inspiration so that others can see what I eat as a whole rather than just the smoothies, or snacks, or desserts. These two platforms allow me to gain experience with a camera and with editing software, and they really allow for my creative side to come out.

I want this page to develop into a space where I can share my thoughts and insights as a teenage girl in the modern world and discuss topics that I find very important and relevant on a much deeper level than just an Instagram caption. This page will become much more personal and meaningful to me and I hope to inspire as many people as I can.

I’ve realized over the past few years that with maturity comes insight. I have experienced and learned so much and I want to be able to offer anything that I can to anyone who may need it. I love to write, I love to help and inspire others, and I feel like this page will become the perfect space for that.
